Yes. Each client uses their own number, verified under their own business with Meta. We connect it and run the system. If you already use the WhatsApp Business app, you can keep using it on the same number while the assistant runs alongside it.
Yes. The first message makes clear it is the business's automated assistant. It sticks to your business, and it hands over to a person whenever someone asks or it cannot help. That keeps you on the right side of WhatsApp's rules too.
Usually about 3 to 4 weeks. Most of the waiting is WhatsApp's own business verification and message approvals. Your team spends about two hours in total.
The minimum term is 6 months, then it runs month to month with 30 days' notice. If you take the pilot, we review the results together at day 60 against targets we agree up front.
You own it. We act as your operator under POPIA, with a signed agreement, and we delete your data within 30 days if you leave.
WhatsApp comes first, on your own number. From there Garner can also answer your email, enquiries that arrive from property portals such as Property24, and a chat box on your website that carries on over WhatsApp. Which ones are included depends on the package, and we agree that with you up front.
